Isaiah 43:19
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
After 21 days of seeking, surrendering, and believing, you’ve done more than complete a fast - you’ve positioned your life for what’s next.
Isaiah’s prophecy is God’s declaration of movement: “I am doing a new thing.” The Hebrew word for new is ‘chadash’ - to renew, rebuild, restore, make fresh again. It’s not recycled; it’s brand new. God doesn’t simply patch old seasons; He births new ones.
You’ve prayed for your city, your family, the lost, the sick, the church - now let faith stretch forward into what’s coming. Ask God for vision for 2026: What is He birthing in you? What new thing is He calling you to pioneer, rebuild, or believe for?
Let this final day of the fast be your launchpad. Carry your expectancy into the new year. Write down what you’re sensing from the Holy Spirit. Dream again. Pray for God to resurrect your imagination. Maybe you stopped dreaming because disappointment got to you, or you couldn’t see how it could happen. But with God, and during this fast, possibility has returned. Let Him stretch your vision beyond comfort zones and familiar paths.
Then set your faith in motion. Don’t just feel inspired - act on it. Faith always moves. Make the call, start the project, enrol in the course, serve where He’s calling you. Don’t wait for the new year. Do it now.
2026 will be the year prodigals return, the year of supernatural provision, the year our churches overflow, the year revival breaks open in unexpected places, the year of divine inheritance. We kind of get the sense that He hasn’t finished - He’s just begun.
We also encourage you to share your testimony of what God has done in these 21 days with your pastor, eGroup leader, family and friends. Testimony means “do it again.” When you tell of His goodness, you release faith for Him to move again.
What is God showing you for 2026?
PRAY BOLD
“Thank You for all You’ve done in these 21 days - the breakthroughs, the whispers, the renewal of faith. I believe You are doing a new thing in me, in our church, and in our world. Give me vision for 2026 - fresh eyes to see what You’re birthing. I consecrate this coming year to You - let it be marked by miracles, movement, and Your unmistakable presence. Help me today to dream again.”
